Happier, Healthier, Fit Addicted

My whole life has been a struggle with weight. For as long as I can remember I was always the “big” girl; but not anymore! I’ve spent most of my life blaming my weight on genetics. After failing to lose the weight I wanted to before my wedding in September 2012, I decided things had to change. Approached by my good friend to do a Beachbody Challenge, I knew that was the kick start I needed to change my life. I am now down 43lbs from starting my lifestyle change.
